Ahen Pink – Terms & Conditions (Rider & Ahen Pink)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ahen Pink’s ride-hailing platform by passengers ("Riders") and the services provided by Ahen Pink Private Limited ("Ahen Pink" or "Company").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Ahen Pink app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

2. Rider Eligibility & Registration

• The Ahen Pink platform is exclusively for female riders or females accompanied by children aged up to 12 years.
• Riders must create an account on the Ahen Pink app, providing accurate and complete details.
• Ahen Pink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Riders must verify driver details before starting the ride.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Waiting Policy

3.1 Ride Booking

• Rides can only be booked through the Ahen Pink app.
• Ride details, including driver name, vehicle number, and fare, will be shown before confirming the ride.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Riders can cancel a ride before pickup; however, a cancellation fee may apply if cancelled after booking.
• If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the rider fails to board within 5 minutes, the ride will be automatically cancelled, and a no-show fee may be charged.
• If the driver cancels due to rider misconduct or repeated cancellations, Ahen Pink may suspend the rider’s account.

4. Payment Methods

• Ahen Pink accepts only Cash, UPI, or Digital Wallet payments.
• Riders must pay the exact fare amount as displayed in the app at the end of the ride.
• Any disputes regarding fares must be raised with Ahen Pink’s support team within 48 hours of the ride.
  

5. Rider Conduct & Responsibilities

Riders must:

• Treat drivers with respect and courtesy.
• Not engage in misconduct, harassment, or abuse toward drivers.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.
• Not request unauthorized route changes or additional stops.
• Ensure that they and their accompanying children wear seat belts.

Prohibited Activities:

• Carrying illegal substances, alcohol, or dangerous items.
• Smoking, eating, or drinking inside the vehicle.
• Using Ahen Pink’s service for emergency hospital visits.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• Ahen Pink only connects riders with drivers and is not liable for any accidents, delays, or issues arising during the ride.
• In the event of an accident or personal injury, the rider agrees that Ahen Pink has no liability and that any claims should be settled between the rider and the driver.
• Ahen Pink does not provide insurance coverage for riders.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

• Rider photos taken during registration or ride booking will be stored on Ahen Pink’s servers for security purposes.
• Ahen Pink may collect GPS location data, ride history, and other personal details for safety, ride allocation, and support services.
• Rider data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law enforcement authorities.

8. Termination & Suspension

Ahen Pink may suspend or terminate a rider’s account for:

• Repeated ride cancellations.
• Misconduct, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms.
• Failure to pay ride fares.

Riders can deactivate their account by contacting Ahen Pink’s support team.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes must first be raised with Ahen Pink’s customer support.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Pune, India.
• These terms are governed by Indian laws, and legal matters will be handled in Pune courts.

10. Amendments & Updates

• Ahen Pink reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• Riders will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
